Electrical Safety - Whilst all items are checked for electrical safety, Revamp will not be held responsible for any death or injury resulting from faulty or damaged equipment.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of UK delivery. Do this by contacting us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and quote the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If goods are faulty or misdescribed or fail within the warranty term due to a manufacturing fault (not wear and tear or misuse) and a replacement or repair is required then this will be sent out free of charge to a UK address (carriage will be charged to foreign destinations). Whether a replacement or repair is required will be decided upon at our discretion. Return carriage to us for faulty or misdescribed goods will be refunded up to a maximum value of £10.
Any goods returned should be in the same condition as received with the 'warranty void if removed' labels in tact.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

In order to protect our customers and us from fraud and theft, we may pass on information that we obtain from making identity checks and other information in our customer records, including how you conduct your account, and to financial and other organisations (including law enforcement agencies) involved in fraud prevention and detection, to use in the same way.

We may give information about you to companies and organisations whose products we provide to you, as follows:
(a) To other companies and organisations to administer any prize draws or competitions.
(b) To our agents, staff and approved third parties to carry out services for us.
(c) To anyone to whom we transfer our rights and duties under our agreement with you.
(d) If we have a duty to do so or if the law allows us to do so.
4. Browser Information
Your browser will generate other information, including which language the site is displayed in, and your Internet Protocol address ("IP address"). An IP address is a set of numbers which is assigned to your computer during a browsing session whenever you log on to the Internet via your internet service provider or your network (if you access the Internet from, for example, a computer at work). Your IP address is automatically logged by our servers and used to collect traffic data about visitors to our websites. We do not use your IP address to identify you personally.
We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing online over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.
You have the right to see personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act) that we keep about you, upon receipt of a written request and payment of a fee. If you are concerned that any of the information we hold on you is incorrect please contact us (see details below).

8. Mailing List
If you want to be removed from our mailing list, please use the contact form on the website with the word 'remove' in the subject line and the email address that you wish to be removed within the email. Please note that it may take up to 28 days to action your request.
